Students are offered diverse opportunities for development:
Competing on leadership developement events which include public relations skits, mock meetings, job interviews, agricultural issues forum, chapter conducting, creed speaking, Greenhand FFA quiz, senior FFA quiz, FFA radio, agriculture skills demonstration and interview.
Learning responsibility & care for something other than themselves through raising livestock animal projects.
Travel to professional coventions & competitions at the state & national levels
Resume building & scholarship opportunities that aid students in pursuing post high school goals
Competing in career development events which inlude livestock evaluation, marketing plan, meats evaluation & technology, milk quality & products, nursery/landscape, poultry evaluation,veterinary science, dairy cattle evaluation, floriculture and horse evaluation.
